If you want to get any and everywhere, Waterloo station is the place to be, and it’s conveniently located a scenic 15-minute walk from Novotel London City South. Alternatively, London Bridge Station is on your doorstep and can take you directly on the Jubilee line; don’t forget to ‘mind the gap.’

As you walk along, you’ll hear the resident street performers adding to the atmospheric ambiance of Southbank and glasses clinking from nearby pubs. You’re truly spoilt for choice with restaurants in London, but a local market near Waterloo holds rows of street food stalls offering scrumptious international cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. Finish the evening with a nostalgic ride on a fairy-tale carousel and let spun candyfloss melt on your tongue.
