Important notes:
• All travellers must complete the mandatory Passenger Locator Form (PLF) health questionnaire at least 24-hours before arrival in Greece. A QR code will be sent to you and will inform you whether you need to take a Covid-19 test before departure. Be sure to keep the QR code and completed questionnaire ready and available throughout your journey. For those who do not fulfill the requirements, airlines reserve the right to prevent boarding, and Greek authorities may apply a 500€ fine.
• All entry to Greece from Bulgaria (by land or air), or Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Romania, Malta or Sweden (by air) is only permitted upon presentation of a negative Covid-19 test, taken within the last 72-hours. All other travellers entering by land must present a negative RT-PCR coronavirus test, taken within the last 72 hours.

PLANE
The main airport in Crete, is Heraklion International Airport, “Nikos Kazantzakis” (HER). It sits around 5 km / 3 mi to the east of Heraklion city center, on the northern coast towards the centre of Crete. It is around 1 hour 20 minutes away from the hotel by car.
The airport receives flights from a large number of cities across Europe, from a large number of airlines. Most flights are seasonal (mainly during the summer period) and it may be required to may have to fly first via Athens.
Chania International Airport, "Daskalogiannis" (CHQ), is an international airport, located near on the Akrotiri Peninsula in northwestern Crete, around 14 km / 8.7 mi east of Chania. It is a around 45 minutes by car to the hotel.
Though less well-served, this airport does receive a large number seasonal flights from cities across Europe, along with year-round flights from Athens, by both Aegean Airlines and Ryanair.
