Citizens of most European countries, including the UK, will be granted a visa upon arrival at UAE airports.
To enter the United Arab Emirate, it is mandatory to have a passport which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in the UAE, along with proof of return or onward travel out of the UAE.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) sits about 4.6km / 2.9mi northeast of Dubai city centre. The airport welcomes many international flights, including from most capitals and other large cities across the UK and the rest of Europe, and serves as the main base for Emirates airlines.
To the hotel:
• Metro: the metro operates from Airport Terminal 3 to Burj Khalifa, taking around 19 minutes.
• Taxi: a taxi into the city centre should take around 10-15 minutes.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
