View all offersIn the South East region of Mauritius, only a few kilometres from its airport and close to the former capital city of Mahebourg, Le Chaland Beach is one of the few secluded beaches of Mauritius. Set amongst serene tropical gardens and bordering on the beach is the luxurious Anantara Iko Mauritius, the ideal resort to balance your Mauritian adventures with luxurious downtime.
Close to many golf courses, trail paths for hiking, ziplining activities, and small towns to visit, the Anantara Iko Resort is well placed for its guests to make the most of their time on the island. Here, the rejuvenating Spa options in the traditional hammam are ideal for a relaxing massage or facial to relax after your visits. Using exclusively local and natural ingredients, this makes for a serene experience just steps away from the beach. For an equally relaxing sensation, why not try a yoga or meditation class on the golden Le Chaland beach with the Indian Ocean as your backdrop?
These spectacular views are also replicated in the private balcony of your Deluxe Ocean View Room, which may just be your favourite spot on the island to take in the fresh sea breeze. Inside, the spacious room showcases a contemporary design whilst highlighting local accents in the art that adorns the walls.
This emphasis on the sea front location and incorporating tradition into a contemporary space is also represented in the Horizon restaurant, serving traditional Mauritian meals that combines elements of Indian, French, Dutch and Creole cuisines. Discover the secrets of islands, celebrate its cultural heritage and culinary history and indulge in a luxury Spa experience on your next relaxing holiday to Mauritius with the Anantara Iki Mauritius Resort.
