BY PLANE
The main airport in Crete, and closest to the hotel, is Heraklion International Airport, “Nikos Kazantzakis” (HER). It sits around 5 km / 3 mi to the east of Heraklion, in the centre-north of Crete, and around 1 hour and 50 minutes' drive west of the hotel.
The airport receives flights from a large number of cities across Europe, from a large number of airlines. Most flights are seasonal (mainly during the summer period) and it may be required to may have to fly first via Athens.
