Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km (16 mi) to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km (8.1 mi) south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km (53 mi) north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe.
BY TRAIN
From the UK is it possible to book via Eurostar, otherwise Thalys or TGV operate from other neighbouring counties and elsewhere in France. Most international train arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or to Paris Gare de l'Est.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
From Paris Charles de Gaulle:
- By taxi: Paris Charles de Gaulle has taxis available at its arrivals' terminal 24/7. The journey lasts roughly half an hour and costs between 50€-60€.
- By public transport: take the B Train from the airport to Petit Pont station, from where you can take the 24 bus which leaves every 30 minutes. This stops at Terroirs de France, a 20 minute journey away, which is a mere 80m from your hotel. The journey costs 12€.
From Paris Orly:
- By taxi: Paris Orly, like Paris Charles de Gaulle, always has taxis available. The journey is roughly 15 minutes and costs around 25€.
- By public transport: You can take the 183 bus from Orly South terminal to Porte de Choissy, where you can then take the T3 tram to Baron le Roy. The hotel is then a 10 minute walk away. This costs only 3€.
