Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport (IATA: LPA, ICAO: GCLP), also known as Gando Airport, serves Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of Gran Canaria island, Canary Islands.
It is the largest airport in passenger and cargo traffic in Canary Islands, although Tenerife airports have a high number of passengers.
Gran Canaria Airport is located close to Telde, in the Bay of Gando, 19 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria city centre and 25 km from Maspalomas, it is a hub for Binter Canarias, Canaryfly and Vueling, and a focus city for Ryanair.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
- By car: Gran Canaria Airport is a 23 minutes drive from the hotel, approximately 34km. Car rentals are available from the airport and there are a number of taxi terminals.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
