Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast, Paris Orly (ORY), 13 km / 8.1 mi to the south, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), about 85 km / 53 mi to the north (near Beauvais).
Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, mainly low-cost airlines operate to Paris Beauvais, from a number of cities across Europe, including the UK.
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV).
Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
From Paris-Beauvais Airport:
• Metro: the green line goes from the airport to Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, from here, walk 3 minutes to the hotel. Total journey takes about 15 minutes.
From Paris Charles de Gaulle:
• Taxi: found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly depending on traffic.
• Train and bus: take the RER line B to Gare du Nord, then take the number 43 bus to Chateaudun - Lamartine. The hotel will be one minute away. Total journey takes about 40 minutes.
From Paris Orly Airport:
• Taxi: found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly according to traffic.
• Train and bus: the Orlyval bus connects with the RER at Antony station, from there take line B to Gare du Nord, then take the number 43 bus to Chateaudun - Lamartine. The hotel will be one minute away. Total journey lasts about 50 minutes.
Transfer: a transfer is possible to/from Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports to the hotel on request and with confirmation from the hotel - for a surcharge.
