Situated along the southern Spanish coast, Málaga is too often a portal to other places along the resplendent Costa del Sol. Visitors often flee to the white towns beyond and miss one of the most dynamic cities in Spain. Whether you are a sun seeker or a culture addict, Málaga offers it all. The Costa del Sol is home to gorgeous stretches of sand, inviting blue water and the Vincci Málaga****, one of the best hotels in the city and the perfect place to kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT

  • - By taxi: Taxis are found outside the arrivals hall of Terminal 3. They are white and have an orange "Taxi" sign on the roof. Fares vary depending on distance, time of day and for Sundays/ public holidays. They work on a meter basis, but make sure to get a quote for your journey before. A taxi to the hotel should cost around €20 – 25. In the summer it can be busy and very hot, particularly if you have a large party (more than 4 people), therefore booking a private transfer in advance might be quicker, easier and more efficient; and a driver will meet you in the arrivals hall.

    - By bus: The hotel lies between the city centre and the airport; bus A75 leaves from Terminal 3 Arrivals to Paseo del Parque in the city centre but stopping along the way. The first stop is Avenida de Veláquez, which is where you should get off; from there it is only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. A single ticket costs €3.

Walk down Calle Júcar, the road just to the right ahead of the bus stop, at the end, turn right down Calle Realenga de San Luis. Either walk straight through the park on the left to the seafront, or take the next left down Calle Francisco Padilla down to the seafront. Once there (Calle Pacifico) turn left and the hotel is on the left.
