Hôtel La Belle Ville ★★★★

Hôtel La Belle Ville was the perfect weekend getaway in romantic Paris. As my boyfriend and I entered the leafy wilderness that looked like a vertical garden, we sensed a warm and cosy feeling. Inside, the interiors almost feel as though they are unfinished. The rustic brown and purple-blue shapes on the wall, the wooden shelving and hanging plants that fall in the restaurant, all exude the feeling of being immersed in an urban garden, a masterpiece, in the heart of Paris.

After a lovely, refreshing drink to welcome us to our home for the long weekend, we wandered to our Superior Room, where the orange/brown and purple/blue hues followed us. Matching curtains and pillows, the bed throw mirroring the painted walls, the decor is well thought out to create the perfect combination. I was very excited to see Respire toiletries, as I personally use the brand myself that is vegan and made only with natural ingredients.

In the city of lights, there is much to explore from the well-known attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Le Louvre, to the lesser known La Cigale Concert Hall, just five kilometres from Hôtel La Belle Ville. Closer to the premises, you’ll find the landscaped park of La Butte du Chapeau Rouge for long walks, or your choice of Turkish baths. You’ll find art centres and street art as you go further towards the centre, passing trendy cafes along the way.

On a rainy day, board games and puzzles are available from the reception. There are also movie nights, so grab your popcorn and head to movie screening with your loved one, family or friends. You’re sure to have a relaxed and easy going stay at the Hôtel La Belle Ville.
