View all offersGet ready for a high-end Milanese experience, with captivating, elegant spaces and charming rooms. My partner and I shared a Superior Collection Room, simplistic in design yet elegant, with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. We had at our disposable, lovely bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee for a hot cup in the morning, and a safe to lock away any valuables.
The charming Bistrot Bertarelli 1894 Milano Restaurant was inspired by the founding member of Touring Club Italiano, the geographer Luigi Vittorio Bertarelli. Showcasing his passion for travel and for Italy, the venue is vibrant and cosmopolitan, serving delicious Italian cuisine. The library had a cosy ambience to it, where we learnt a thing or two about Italian history, after a glass of vino at Bar Veloce Milano. A colourful venue, the floor blanketed with tiny tiles, and the marble counter decorated with copper-coloured lamps, we appreciated the friendly, warm atmosphere in the bar.
You’ll soon discover that within five minutes walking from the hotel, Milan’s famous Duomo dominates the horizon. Twenty minutes from the Duomo is the Santa Maria delle Grazie chapel where you’ll find Da Vinci’s famous painting of The Last Supper. We also stumbled upon the Teatro alla Scala and the world-renowned Quadrilatero della Moda or fashion district close to the hotel. Here we spent quality time admiring the latest fashion trends and stopped for a coffee in a traditional Italian coffee shop.
One day we decided to travel to Lake Como, where international celebrities like Madonna and George Clooney own villas in the region. We didn’t spot any famous faces while there, but the beauty of the region did not let us down, nor did our beautiful Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan.
