ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

  • Citizens of UK or European Union countries do not require a visa to enter Mexico for up to 180 days.

    An immigration form must be completed and shown when entering/leaving Mexico. It is available on board flights to Mexico, or online in advance.

    A passport valid is required. It may also be required to show proof of your departure plans.

    Note: if flying indirect via another country, be sure to check the requirements for that country. For instance, if flying via the United States it is necessary to apply for the ESTA Visa / Waiver Program in order to transit through the US.

BY PLANE

  • Cancún International Airport (CUN) sits around 15 km / 9 mi south of Cancun, and around 119km / 74mi (1 hour and 37 minutes') drive from the hotel.

    The airport is fairly well served internationally, and receives a number of direct flights from major cities/capitals across Europe, including from the UK. Alternatively, indirect options include flying via the USA, or elsewhere in Mexico.
