Essque Zalu Zanzibar ★★★★★

A serene spot on The Spice Island!

Exceptional
9 /10
By Rebecca Moore, VeryChic correspondent
If you were asked to draw an image of a tropical paradise, you likely couldn’t come up with anywhere more fitting that the Essque Zalu Zanzibar. It’s a destination that looks like a work of art, nestled in its cove by the glorious, blue Indian Ocean. With lush fertile gardens strewn throughout, and a dramatic pier stretching out across the water to the sunset, it’s a perfect picture. Enhanced even further when there in person, with the sound of the sea, the smells of the fragrant spice plantations and the warmth of the Tanzanian sun on your skin.
