The hotel, set in a monumental building, which has been entirely renovated and modernised, has three restaurants to choose from, including Restaurant Chloé, Brasserie Koener and Restaurant Da Lonati, as well as a sports bar which is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
Each restaurant serves a variety of cuisines and boasts a rich menu with carefully selected, high quality ingredients and delicately prepared dishes. Vegetarian and children’s options are also available.
Start your day at the hotel’s hearty breakfast buffet where you will find a selection of pastries and other morning favourites before heading out to explore Clervaux Castle, perched on the slopes above the city. The town’s picturesque abbey, which was built more than 100 years ago and where the monks are famous for reviving the tradition of Gregorian Chant, is also right on your doorstep.
