Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast, Paris Orly (ORY), 13 km / 8.1 mi to the south, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), about 85 km / 53 mi to the north (near Beauvais). Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, mainly low-cost airlines operate to Paris Beauvais, from a number of cities across Europe, including the UK.
To the hotel from Paris Charles de Gaulle:
• Taxi: readily available outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, the journey to the hotel should take around 45 minutes-1 hour depending on traffic.
• Train: take RER line B to Châtelet-Les Halles station, followed by metro line 4 (direction of Mairie de Montrouge), getting off at Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The hotel is a short walk away.
To the hotel from Paris Orly Airport:
• Taxi: readily available outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, the journey should take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
• Bus: take the Orlybus to Denfert-Rochereau, and from there, metro line 4 (direction of Porte de Clignancourt) getting off at Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a short walk from the hotel.
From Paris-Beauvais Airport:
A shuttle bus service operates to Paris–Porte Maillot taking around 1 hour & 15 minutes. From there, take metro line 9 (direction of Mairie de Montreuil) to Alma-Marceau, and change for line 13 (direction of Saint-Denis-Université) to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a short walk from the hotel.
BY TRAIN
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV). Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
