VIP Paris Yacht Hotel
7 Port de la Râpée
75012
Paris
France
The VIP Paris Yacht Hotel is set in a luxury houseboat docked on the River Seine right in the heart of Paris, just 15 minutes walk south of the Eiffel Tower, and with in a short walk of several metro stations and bus stops providing easy access to the rest of the city.
Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km / 8.1 mi south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km / 53 mi north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais). Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), operate flights to Paris Beauvais from many cities across Europe, including the UK.
From the airports to the hotel:
• From Paris Charles de Gaulle: easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly depending on traffic. Alternatively, take RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau then change for metro line M6 to Bir-Hakeim, around 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
• From Paris Orly Airport: again easily found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly according to traffic. Alternatively, take tram line T7 to La Fraternelle, and change there for RER line C to Champ de Mars Eiffel Tower, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
• From Paris-Beauvais Airport:
• Bus: a shuttle bus service operates to Paris–Porte Maillot taking around 1 hour & 15 minutes. From there take RER line C to Champ de Mars Eiffel Tower, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV). Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est. From either of those stations, take metro line M4 to Raspail, and change for line M6 to Bir-Hakeim, around 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
