View all offersMadrid is a historical and dynamic city that I have been drawn back to ever since my first visit, the vibrant energy of the animated streets seems to bounce off the gorgeous, golden architecture, amongst which, a bounty of marvellous museums, excellent tapas bars and charming restaurants hide. The central location and complete comfort offered at Vincci Via 66**** make it the perfect pick for a Madrid adventure.
Wide avenues, monumental buildings, eccentric architecture and immense squares, Madrid, with its ornate decoration and maze of streets, seems to exude a unique air of grandeur and beauty. It makes for a perfect destination for a wonderful weekend escape. The Vincci Via 66 is ideally situated in the heart of the city, it stands beside the renowned Gran Via Theatre, between Plaza de España and the Puerta del Sol.
The hotel’s thoroughly contemporary design really take’s your breath away. You enter a sleek monochrome lobby that, despite being ultra-design, has managed to retain an inviting and welcoming feel. The team are young and enthusiastic but highly professional. Everything feels luxurious: the design is not only stunning but also perfected down to the finest detail.
Our room was a masterpiece of contemporary design, with ornate and luxurious touches that call to mind decorative Spanish architecture throughout the ages. Our beds were comfortable and plush, with crisp white linen and a sumptuous throw that, along with the thick red curtains, brought a note of theatricality to the space. To top it all, we also had a fantastic view of the Gran Vía from our window.
The wonderful hotel roof terrace offers the perfect way to begin any trip to Madrid: here, you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the city from a casual and comfortable rooftop lounge with a drink in hand.
