Collioure is Catalan town below half hour south of Perpignan. It is right on the shores of the Mediterranean, and has a long history of being the place where many painters found their inspiration. La Casa Païral is nestled just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beaches, right at the heard of Collioure’s old town.
BY PLANE
Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport (PGF) sits on the outskirts of Perpignan, and around 39 km / 24 mi (37 minutes') drive from the hotel. The airport receives regular flights from elsewhere in France, and some regular and seasonal flights from a handful of European cities, including London in the UK.
Alternatively, more international flights options are available to Toulouse, Girona or Barcelona:
• Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) is located 248 km / 154 mi (2 hours and 36 minutes') drive to the north.
• Girona–Costa Brava Airport (GRO) is located 109 km / 68 mi (1 hour and 18 minutes') drive to the south, in Spain.
