From the moment I stepped in from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit Road into the gleaming lobby, every possible effort was made by the staff to ensure I had a smooth and speedy check-in, expertly handled with a “can do” attitude that instantly put me at ease. After a 20 hour long flight, my deluxe bedroom was a real sight for sore eyes – plum mahogany floors paired with soft dove grey walls and splashes of violet made the room a delightful refuge at the end of the day that oozed sophistication and pure luxury.

Long days of conferences and sight-seeing tend to make a person pretty ravenous and I am no exception! My own favourite spot for a nightcap was the B/Sharp Bar, which served a dizzying array of artisan cocktails and sumptuous patisserie treats for all moods and tastes, but the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok***** is home to a whole host of stylish cocktail bars for you to enjoy at your leisure. A business trip doesn’t have to mean no fun, after all!
