The Archipelagos Hotel **** is located on the east coast of the island of Mykonos. The beautiful Cyclades Islands are accessible by plane or ferry.
The island is served by Mykonos Island National Airport, with direct flights from various European countries, particularly during high season. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights (with a changeover in Athens) from some other cities across Europe. It is also possible to fly first to Athens and then either take an Aegean flight or a boat the rest of the way to Mykonos. Flights to Mykonos are listed below:
From the UK: British Airways, EasyJet and Thomson Airways fly seasonal direct flights to Mykonos. EasyJet also fly seasonally from Manchester. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from London and Manchester, otherwise more flights are available to Athens.
From Ireland: No airlines fly direct from cities in Ireland to Mykonos; however, flights are available from Dublin to Athens with Aer Lingus for instance.
From Germany: Condor fly seasonal direct flights to Mykonos from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich while Germanwings fly seasonally from Cologne. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from Berlin and other citie. More flights are available to Athens.
From the Netherlands: There are no flights that operate between cities in the Netherlands and Mykonos; however, you can find flights to Athens with KLM or Transavia for instance.
From Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland: SAS fly seasonal flights direct to Mykonos from Stockholm. Aegean Airlines offer indirect flights from all four respective capitals Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo & Helsinki. Other airlines offer flights to Athens such as SAS, Norwegian or Finnair.
From France: Direct, seasonal flights are available from Paris with EasyJet. Aegean also provide indirect flights from Paris and other cities such as Lyon and Marseille. Otherwise you can find flights to Athens with Air France or EasyJet for instance.
By hotel transfer: The most convenient way of reaching the hotel is with their transfer service for 12€ (around £9) each way.
By taxi: There is a taxi rank outside the airport, and transfers to the hotel should take just over ten minutes.
By car: Car rentals including Avis and Hertz can be found at the airport. It can be useful to have a car to explore the island during your stay.

Mykonos is also reachable by sea, from many other Greek islands and from the mainland, with most bigger and faster ferries arriving at the New Port, 2 km north of the town centre. If you fly to Athens and want to take the ferry, crossings are available with companies such as Blue Star Ferries from Pireas (6 hours, €24.50) and Rafina (4 hours 30 mins, €21). Pireas can be reached by taxi, metro or the X96 bus from the airport, while you can get to Rafina by taxi or the KTEL bus.
