The island of Tenerife has two international airports, however, the largest (and closest to the hotel at a 33km / 20.50mi drive away) is the Tenerife South-Reina Sofia Airport. Flights are listed below:

- From Germany: Air Berlin, Condor and EasyJet fly direct from Berlin. Air Berlin, Condor and TUIfly fly direct from Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich. Air Berlin, Germanwings, Ryanair and TUIfly fly from Cologne.
- From the Netherlands: Transavia fly direct from from Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Rotterdam. Arkefly also fly from Amsterdam while Ryanair also fly from Eindhoven.
- From Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland: Norwegian & Ryanair fly seasonally from Stockholm. Norwegian & SAS fly seasonally from Oslo. Norwegian fly seasonally from Copenhagen. Norwegian and TUIfly fly seasonally from Helsinki.
- From France: Air Europa, EasyJet, Iberia and Transavia all operate direct flights from Paris. Volotea also fly direct from Bordeaux and Nantes.
- By taxi: Taxis can be found at the airport; it is around a 20 minute drive to the hotel and should cost around 30€ / £22.10.
- By bus: First take bus number 111 to P. Americas. From P Americanas, book a taxi to the hotel. The total journey takes 35 minutes and costs between 19€ / £14 and 24€ / £17.70.
