Posada del Dragón ★★★★

A magnificent home in the vibrant Madrid.

By Rhona Pearce, VeryChic correspondent
Madrid, Spain's capital, cultural centre, home to some of the greatest artists and writers of all time, simmering with excitement, movement and possibility. Its majestic architecture and avant-garde nature reveals a criss-crossed and scarred face; a contradictory history of art, innovation, drastic contrasts, oppression, liberty, revolution, evolution and fiery romance. It is true what they say, Madrid must be lived to be understood. If you want to know what it's all about, then dive into the heart of it and come to rest at the Posada Del Dragón Hotel.
