In the heart of the Parc National des Monts d’Ardèche, the Domaine de Chalvêches and its two heated infinity pools allow you to live in complete harmony with nature, at the same time as having all the luxuries of a high-quality hotel. Le Carré Rouve Restaurant invites you to take a culinary journey by sampling the fresh cuisine prepared by Chef Florent Lechat, who uses regional products to create an excellent, seasonal menu. And when you can’t possibly eat any more, you can wander down to the chic lounge bar which leads out to a large deck with comfy sofas, where you can sip an exotic cocktail and admire panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
