BY PLANE
The hotel can be served by a number of airports. Pisa International Airport (PSA) is located just under 50km from the hotel (45 minutes' drive) and receives a mix of direct year-round flights and direct seasonal flights from major cities across Europe, many of which are operated by Ryanair.
Florence Perestola Airport (FLR) is just over 60km away from the hotel (around 1 hour 5 minutes' drive) and receives international flights from a number of capitals and large cities across Europe, and most notably serves as a focus for Vueling Airlines.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
By car:
Hiring a car in Italy, either from the airports or in advance, is a great way to navigate the country as well as proving a cost effective way to travel from the airports
- From Florence Airport:
Follow signs for Viadotto del Ponte all'Indiano (Pisa/Scandicci/Pistoia) as you leave the airport and follow this road for 3.8km. Take the SGC Firenze - Pisa - Livorno for 15km until you reach the exit for Ginestta/Strada Provinciale 12. COntinue on the SP12 Val di Pesa for about 2km before taking the road towards SP80 del Virginio, and following the Strada Provinciale 4 Volterrana for around 15km. Head right towards SP26 for 15km, or until you reach Castelfalfi.
- From Pisa Airport:
Follow Via Pier Giorgio Ballini et Piazzale Corradino D'Ascanio towards Via Eugenio III, before taking the Superstrada Firenze Pisa Livorno, SGC Firenze - Pisa - Livorno and the SP11 towards the SP26 Montaione.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
